Cancellation Policy:

Orders are confirmed for printing 3 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. You may cancel or modify your order within this three-hour window. Beyond this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or modified.

Return/Refund Policy:

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges , as each product is uniquely customized and printed upon order.

If your order has issues related to defects, damage, incorrect items, or print quality, please reach out to our customer service within 20 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements after the 20-day period has elapsed.

To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team HERE and provide:

  • Order number
  • Video/photo of the defective product:
  • Full delivery address

If the issue is significant, we will send a replacement promptly. You may keep the original item at your discretion.
